Job Description
The Language, Speech, and Hearing Specialist performs assessments, develops individualized educational plans, and provides remediation for students with communication challenges.
They collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to support student success, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and serve on IEP committees.
The role includes providing in-service training, maintaining compliance with regulations, and keeping detailed records. Qualifications require appropriate state credentialing.
