Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for residents in a reputable skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
Responsibilities include delivering quality patient care, family education, documentation, and participating in quality assurance activities.
Qualifications: SLP license, good standing with regulatory agencies, knowledge of payer sources, professionalism, and team collaboration skills.
