Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school for students 5-22 and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Provide direct instruction in social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy, and develop IEPs focused on the whole child.

Supervise staff and guide programming for students with significant challenges.

Manage a small caseload and collaborate with team members to promote independence and success.

Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, experience with complex challenges, and a Vermont license preferred.
