Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a therapeutic special education boarding school outside Charlottesville, VA, working with adolescent boys (ages 9-17) facing learning, developmental, and social-emotional challenges.

This role involves collaborating with an interprofessional team including occupational and art therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, family therapists, and social workers.

The SLP will deliver speech, language, executive functioning, and social skills therapy through various modalities, supporting students’ communication and independence. Responsibilities include evaluation, developing individualized plans, providing therapy, and reporting progress.
