Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

The Speech Pathologist will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized speech and language treatment plans, and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, writing progress reports, performing re-evaluations, providing parent training, and ensuring ethical and policy compliance.

Qualifications include a valid Speech-Language Pathology license, 2-3 years of pediatric therapy experience, and a passion for improving children’s outcomes. Desired skills include experience with multidisciplinary teams and certifications in child-led interventions.
