Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care and supporting activities to achieve optimal therapy outcomes.

  • Deliver comprehensive evaluation and treatment programs to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and document treatment plans, obtain physician approvals, and ensure accurate, outcome-oriented documentation complying with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise clinical staff, contribute to team meetings, and integrate multidisciplinary input into patient care.
  • Participate in professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations.
  • Promote a positive facility culture, demonstrate safe practices, and maintain equipment and work areas safely.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of relevant experience, CCC-SLP, and current state licensure. Physical demands include working with patients and performing CPR if needed.
