Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our locally owned home health care team in the Sacramento region. This full-time role offers a supportive leadership environment, extensive training, and opportunities for continued education.

• Must be licensed in California with a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Minimum of one year of full-time experience as a speech therapist
• Current CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and insured vehicle
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care with a positive, ownership mindset
• Strong clinical assessment skills for patient transition planning and quality care
• Ability to identify delays in service and address complex medical, emotional, and social needs
