Join our expanding therapy team as a Part-Time & PRN Speech Language Pathologist, dedicated to enhancing residents’ communication and swallowing abilities.
**Responsibilities:**
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in residents.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide person-centered care respecting resident dignity and privacy.
• Stay current with industry best practices through ongoing education.
• Perform related duties to support quality resident care.
**Requirements:**
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license.
• Prior therapy experience preferred, especially in long-term care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel.
• Physical capability to perform required tasks and handle emotional stress.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
$55-$60/hour, 5-15 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), matching, and continuing education credits.
