Job Description

Provides direct patient care as a Speech-Language Pathologist to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, communicates progress to families and staff, supervises clinical staff, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Engages in professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations to maintain clinical expertise.

Fosters a positive team environment, demonstrates safe working practices, and ensures safe, effective patient treatments.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, CA licensure, 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, and current CPR certification if required.
