Job Description
Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient care and support within a therapy department.
Provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Document services accurately, manage billing and regulatory requirements, and ensure patient progress is tracked effectively.
Supervise clinical staff, contribute to team meetings, and support professional development through education and peer interactions.
Promote a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, excellent customer service, and safe working practices.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and current licensure and certifications. Must be able to perform physical tasks related to patient care and maintain safety standards.
Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance.
