Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary ABA therapy team.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and developmental conditions. Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to integrate communication goals and provide direct therapy in various settings. Train team members on communication strategies and AAC systems, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly. Document sessions and participate in team meetings to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy and ABA integration. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, CCC-SLP, and experience with children with ASD. Preferred skills include early intervention experience, knowledge of behavior data collection, and bilingual abilities.
This full-time role offers hourly pay ($32.43 – $40.00), benefits, and involves in-person work.
