Job Description
This contract position located at 3500 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA, requires a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience.
Independently evaluate patients with communication disorders using standardized and non-standardized tools, recording findings per protocols.
Develop, update, and implement individualized therapy plans, including goals and progress documentation.
Present findings and recommendations to patients, families, and healthcare teams; instruct caregivers on home therapy programs.
Participate in departmental activities such as meetings, continuing education, quality improvement projects, and protocol development.
Teach within the hospital and community, and provide consultative services outside the hospital setting.
Mentor students, clinical fellows, and observers; work independently with strong analytical skills to resolve clinical issues.
Pay ranges from $47.00 to $51.00 per hour, with expected hours of 40 per week, in person. The employer is an equal opportunity employer, adhering to federal employment laws.
