Job Description

Join a dedicated team providing in-home rehab services, including Speech Therapy, Physical, and Occupational Therapy, to help patients regain independence and confidence. As an Independent Contractor – Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll deliver personalized, physician-prescribed care, update treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

  • Enjoy $60 per visit with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment.
  • Provide meaningful one-on-one patient care in a home setting.
  • Qualifications include a valid SLP license in Wisconsin, a master’s degree, at least one year of supervised experience, and ASHA certification.
  • Strong initiative and independent judgment are essential.
