Job Description

We are seeking full-time *Pediatric Speech Therapists and SLPAs* for our multidisciplinary, therapist-owned clinics in Springdale and Rogers.

We serve children with developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic needs, primarily through in-clinic treatment, with occasional home or daycare visits.

Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, motivating patients, collaborating with team members, and documenting services.

Requirements: valid Arkansas ST license, active Medicaid provider, excellent communication skills, and a sharing attitude. Spanish skills are preferred.
