This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.
Provides comprehensive evaluations and develops treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Documents services accurately, manages billing, and ensures regulatory compliance. Participates in interdisciplinary team activities, sharing insights and educating staff to optimize patient care. Supports professional growth through continuing education and peer collaboration. Maintains a positive work environment, demonstrates safe practices, and upholds professional standards. Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP license, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, CPR certification, and ability to work in San Pablo, CA. Compensation ranges from $58-$62/hour, with health benefits included.
