This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over a year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapies to achieve optimal outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting professional development.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document services accurately, communicate progress with team and families, supervise other clinicians, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA license or candidate, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, strong communication skills, and ability to work in San Pablo, CA.

Compensation & Benefits: $58-$62/hour, health insurance, with in-person work requiring safety awareness and physical activity.
