Job Description

The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) provides assessments, diagnoses, and individualized therapy for students with severe behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with staff and families, and supporting behavior and crisis interventions.

Qualifications require a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and experience with children with complex needs. Preferred skills include knowledge of AAC devices, behavioral interventions, and bilingual abilities.
