Job Description

The Staff Speech Pathologist provides high-quality evaluations and treatments for patients with communication and/or swallowing disorders across all age groups.

  • Identify, assess, and treat speech, language, and dysphagia issues; manage related programs and services.
  • Counsel patients, families, and caregivers on disorder management.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and rehabilitation of communication and oro-pharyngeal disorders, including dysphagia.
  • Develop and train in augmentative communication systems; participate in discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide staff training as needed.

  • Qualifications: Master’s or doctoral degree, ASHA CCC, and applicable state license; experience preferred, especially in videofluoroscopic evaluations.

    Work Details: Full-time, $45-$48/hr, 40-48 hrs/week, in person with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, and flexible scheduling.

    Note: Provides treatment based on physician prescriptions and under supervision of the Clinical Director.
