Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a full licensure Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team in a specialized care facility for residents aged birth to 21 with complex developmental and medical needs.

In this role, you will provide classroom inclusive and one-on-one treatments within a combined school/medical setting, working 40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling and on-site supervision. Your responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, administering evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, coordinating with medical teams, and assessing equipment and feeding needs.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, current Arkansas licensure, ASHA certification, pediatric experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to handle physical demands and respond to medical equipment.
