As a Speech Pathologist, you will perform assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations, coaching staff, writing progress reports, providing home programming and parent training, and ensuring ethical and policy compliance.

Minimum qualifications are licensure, 2-3 years pediatric therapy experience, and a passion for improving outcomes for children. Desired skills include experience with multidisciplinary teams and certifications in child-led interventions.
