Provide evidence-based therapy services to residents Collaborate on care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team Participate in program development and quality initiatives Accurately document care in compliance with regulations What We’re Looking For
Current state license for your discipline SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $44.00 – $48.00/hr | Hours: 40/week
