Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025-26 school year provides services to students from Preschool to High School Transitions, under supervision of the Special Education and Regional Directors.

  • Conducts evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring of students’ speech, language, and hearing needs.
  • Develops and implements individualized education plans (IEPs) and provides direct therapy to remediate communication impairments.
  • Collaborates with school personnel and families, participates in meetings, and maintains comprehensive documentation.
  • Utilizes research-based practices, supports diversity, and adheres to professional ethics and legal requirements.
  • Serves students across various disability areas, including speech, language, and communication disorders.

  • Full-time position with a salary of $125,000/year, offering benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and flexible scheduling. Requires a valid Speech Language Pathology license and driver’s license, with work primarily in San Jose, CA.
