Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist with school-based experience to provide speech therapy to children.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Educate families on supporting communication development

Supervise RBT staff and stay current with best practices

Qualifications include: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and preferred school experience. Strong communication, assessment skills, and a compassionate approach are essential.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $75-$85/hour, benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
Must be able to commute to Joliet, IL, and be willing to relocate before starting.
