Job Description
Seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists in Madison Heights for a leading behavioral clinic specializing in autism care.
Pay range: $80,000-$110,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and continuing education.
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging 30-minute therapy sessions for children with ASD, conducting assessments and tracking progress.Complete timely documentation and progress reports.Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and team members to develop treatment plans.Participate in training and professional development.Support supervision of students or new staff as needed.Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure eligibility.Experience with pediatric populations preferred.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Physical ability to assist with therapy activities.
