Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Clinton Township for a pediatric behavioral clinic specializing in autism care.

This role offers a salary range of $80,000-$110,000, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, ongoing bonus opportunities, and benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and continuing education.

Responsibilities include leading engaging 30-minute therapy sessions, conducting assessments, maintaining documentation, collaborating with families and professionals, and supporting team supervision. Must ensure HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure or eligibility.
  • Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong speech therapy skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
