Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist performs case reviews, including family interviews, chart reviews, and screenings to assess client needs. They conduct evaluations such as observation, oral-peripheral exams, swallowing, and voice assessments to diagnose disorders. The role involves consulting with supervisors or peers on complex cases and following up to ensure appropriate care and client progress.


Skills required include strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, professionalism, and a warm, friendly demeanor. Knowledge of company policies and maintaining therapeutic relationships are essential. The position requires a Master’s degree, a Oklahoma State License, and an ASHA license, with pediatric experience preferred.
