Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

  • Full-time position based in Springfield, VA, with a schedule Monday to Friday.
  • Requires a Master’s degree, VA SLP license, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Responsibilities include developing individualized plans and working with a multicultural population.
  • Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance.
  • Must be able to commute to or relocate to Woodbridge, VA 22192.
  • Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a caring, attentive attitude.
