Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in a collaborative, compassionate practice specializing in pediatric speech and language therapy for children with ASD and developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans addressing communication, social skills, articulation, fluency, and comprehension.
  • Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in clinical or home settings, tracking progress and adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Educate and support parents with strategies to promote communication at home.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA policies.

    Requirements include a current NJ SLP license, ASHA certification, at least 3 years pediatric experience, and ability to commute to Paramus, NJ. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth in a full- or part-time capacity.
