Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team in Chambersburg and Carlisle, PA. This full-time or part-time role offers a supportive, collaborative environment where new grads (CFs) are welcome, with paid documentation time included.


  • Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy to children with autism, developmental delays, apraxia, speech sound disorders, feeding challenges, and language delays.
  • Utilize advanced techniques and tools such as PROMPT, DTTC, LAMP, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC devices.
  • Collaborate with OT/PT teams in co-treatment sessions to help children discover their voice in various forms.
  • Ideal candidates are licensed or license-eligible SLPs, energetic, positive, creative, team-oriented, and eager to learn. Experience with AAC is a plus but not required.
