Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for clients in a home health setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating speech and swallowing functions, creating therapy goals, instructing clients and families, recommending adaptive equipment, and coordinating with care teams. Accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and participation in ongoing education are essential.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, two years of experience, current CCC certification or in process, and CPR certification. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to work in variable environments.

Offers an annual salary of $85,000-$95,000, with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance. Travel to client homes is required, with work conducted both in person and in diverse settings.
