Job Description
We are seeking energetic and motivated speech therapists to join our expanding private practice in Paramus, NJ.
Provide evaluation and treatment for toddlers, children, and adolescents with communication disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including parent training and home exercises. Maintain thorough documentation such as progress notes and reports. Collaborate with families, educators, physicians, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor client progress and adjust services as needed. Build supportive relationships with clients, caregivers, and staff. This part or full-time role requires pediatric experience and availability during weekday late afternoons/evenings. Compensation ranges from $68-$78/hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, professional development, and more. Expected hours are around 20 per week.
