Job Description

Join a growing therapy team as a Speech Language Pathologist, offering full-time and part-time roles with potential relocation assistance.

Overview: Help improve residents’ communication and swallowing abilities through assessments, diagnoses, and tailored therapy interventions, ensuring high-quality care in line with regulations.

Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, develop and revise treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document progress, and maintain resident dignity and privacy. Oversee referral processes and stay updated with best practices and regulations.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, and relevant experience preferred. Must pass background checks, maintain certifications, and possess strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Flexibility to work outside standard hours and perform physical tasks is necessary.

Compensation & Benefits: $48-$58/hour, 30-40 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/Vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, and relocation assistance.
