Speech Language Pathologist Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist, especially encouraging new grads, to join our interdisciplinary team at a Skilled Nursing facility in Columbus, Texas.

Evaluate residents’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders using clinical observations and standardized tools.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.

Provide direct therapy services for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and dysphagia.

Document assessments, progress, and discharge notes per facility and regulatory guidelines.
