Speech Language Pathologist Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist, encouraging new grads to apply, to join our interdisciplinary team at a Skilled Nursing facility in Columbus, Texas.

Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders using clinical observations and standardized assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the care team to set goals.

Provide direct therapy services, including interventions for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia.

Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per facility and regulatory guidelines.

This full-time role offers pay starting at $44/hour, with benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, and relocation assistance. Work hours are no more than 40 per week, with an in-person work setting.
