Speech Language Pathologist Full Time $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Position Summary:

Independently evaluates, develops treatment strategies, and provides or delegates services to address speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders—both acute and prolonged cases.

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Anticipated Position Close Date: 2.27.2026

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current State Speech/Language Pathology License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online certification not accepted)

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines
