Overview
- Support families and children by providing high-quality speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, serving as Primary or Secondary Service Provider as assigned.
- Promote child development, independence, and community engagement for individuals with disabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and support reflective learning and crisis intervention.
- Use a coaching approach to empower families and team members, sharing effective techniques.
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized plans, and complete necessary documentation.
- Assist with transitions and attend required trainings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Wisconsin license.
- Experience with young children and families with special needs preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and cell phone required.
