Overview

• Support families and children by providing high-quality speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, serving as Primary or Secondary Service Provider as assigned.
• Promote child development, independence, and community engagement for individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and support reflective learning and crisis intervention.
• Use a coaching approach to empower families and team members, sharing effective techniques.
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized plans, and complete necessary documentation.
• Assist with transitions and attend required trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Wisconsin license.
• Experience with young children and families with special needs preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and cell phone required.
