**Overview:**
Support families and children by providing high-quality speech-language therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Serve as a Primary or Secondary Service Provider, focusing on child development, family support, and coaching to promote independence and community engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Adhere to policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
– Build positive relationships with staff and families.
– Support community integration and disability awareness.
– Use a coaching approach to empower families and team members.
– Evaluate and develop individualized plans, including IFSPs, and deliver direct therapy services.
– Maintain accurate documentation and manage transitions.
– Participate in training and promote a positive service image.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with current Wisconsin licensure.
– Experience with young children and families (preferred).
– Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and cell phone required.
