Job Description
We offer a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
The role involves conducting evaluations, assessing home environments, identifying speech defects, developing care plans, administering therapy using specialized techniques/equipment, and recommending communication devices. The SLP collaborates with physicians and healthcare team members, participates in meetings, maintains documentation, and educates patients and families. Supervision of home health aides may be required.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, state licensure or equivalent clinical experience, successful completion of a national exam, and at least one year of clinical experience.
