Job Description
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
The SLP will evaluate patients, assess home environments, identify communication needs, develop and implement therapy plans, and recommend devices. They will coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams, participate in meetings, and educate patients and families on treatment. Supervisory duties may include guiding home health aides.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, valid state licensure or clinical experience as required, and at least one year of clinical practice. The role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive, family-like work environment.
