Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/ST) for home health services in the DFW area.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, including pediatrics
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team
  • Follow safety and infection control standards

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC
  • At least 1 year of home health and pediatric experience
  • Current CPR certification, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
