We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.
Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice scope. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies. Must hold an active, unencumbered speech pathology license, CCC-SLP, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation for travel to patient residences.
