Part-time/PRN opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team, and documenting in health records. Focus areas involve cognitive-communication and swallowing issues post-stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.
