Speech Language Pathologist – January Start!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role starting in January.

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

Participate in IEP meetings as needed

Support communication goals across classroom environments

Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active Delaware SLP license or eligibility, ASHA CCCs preferred, school experience a plus.

Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, onsite during school hours, $60-$65/hour for local candidates, approximately 37.5 hours/week.
