Speech Language Pathologist (Masters Degree Required)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients from birth to young adulthood.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, language skills, and pragmatic communication.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, educators, and families to support progress.

Document progress and adjust treatment as needed.

Educate families on communication strategies.

Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid licensure, and strong assessment skills. Pediatric experience is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Omaha, NE, with benefits such as insurance, retirement plans, continuing education, and reimbursement options. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Omaha before starting.
