Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-Time — Clinical Fellow or Fully Licensed)

Job Description

Seeking part-time Speech-Language Pathologists in Madison Heights for a comprehensive behavioral clinic serving children with autism.

Offerings include a competitive salary ($80,000-$110,000 pro-rated), a $3,000 bonus after 90 days, earned wage access, paid time off, 401K, and continuing education.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging 30-minute therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and monitor progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports timely.
• Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and team members on treatment plans.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Support supervision of students and new staff when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong speech therapy skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
