Job Description

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
  • Track progress, adjust therapy as needed, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Educate caregivers on strategies to support therapy at home and maintain detailed records.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and provide specialized therapy for voice disorders, dysphagia, and dyslexia when necessary.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and optionally, ASHA certification.

    Offers competitive salary starting at $91,000/year, with full-time or part-time options, benefits including 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm, at outpatient clinics in AZ, with a mission-driven, supportive environment focused on community impact and professional growth.
