Seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a busy pediatric private practice in Clarksville, TN. The role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and providing therapy for articulation, language, AAC, and feeding disorders in children from infancy to adolescence. Responsibilities include collaborating with families and healthcare teams, offering parent education, and implementing home programs to promote progress outside of therapy sessions. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree, TN licensure, and ASHA CCC. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive salary ($62,000–$85,000), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, flexible schedule, and a retirement plan.
