Speech Language Pathologist Pediatric LTC Facility

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at a long-term pediatric care facility.

Responsibilities include

evaluating, diagnosing, and treating residents with diverse disabilities such as cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

developing individualized treatment plans

collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families

providing education to caregivers and staff

documenting in compliance with standards

participating in team initiatives and ongoing professional development

Ideal candidates demonstrate initiative, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuing education.

Requirements include NYS licensure for speech pathology. This role involves in-person work at the facility.
