Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at a long-term pediatric care facility affiliated with a regional health organization.
Provide direct patient care for residents with diverse disabilities, including cognitive, communication, swallowing, and respiratory disorders.
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ quality of life and functional outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers, offering education and support.
Participate in team meetings, document services in compliance with standards, and promote professional growth through continuing education.
Assist with equipment recommendations and modify therapy based on patients’ health status.
