Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a pediatric long-term care facility.

Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, conducting screenings, evaluations, and developing personalized treatment plans for residents with diverse disabilities such as cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in team meetings, educating caregivers, and ensuring documentation compliance.
